Topsham Police Department Topsham police are searching for this man, shown in this surveillance camera screenshot from Renys department store, who they believe stole a pair of $175 boots from the store. Topsham Police Chief Christopher Lewis said Detective Mark Lafountain responded to review surveillance video that showed a white male Lewis said decided to swap out the pair of sneakers he was wearing for a new pair of Chippewa boots worth $175.
