Here the math as I would do it.
The retail price for a pair of Toms runs about $60. But unlike Nike or other brands,roger vivier sale, you actually buying two pairs for that amount: you the pair you get and the pair they donate [1]. So if you run the numbers you get
Landed cost includes the actual costs of manufacturing (labor,roger vivier shoes, materials) plus packaging, freight, Customs duties, and all other costs of delivering the shoes to market in the market country.

[1] I a little unclear about whether they donate a pair for every pair they sell (including wholesale sales to places like Nordstrom,roger vivier heels, which in turn re-sell them to consumers), or just for every pair a consumer purchases directly from their online store. If the latter, then the numbers will be different because there is no wholesale middleman,roger vivier heels, and they are charging full retail when they sell to you directly,Roger vivier flats, so the per-pair landed cost could be up to twice as high. Having said that,roger vivier sandals, I doubt it is,Roger vivier outlet, because the materials they use are just not that expensive,buy roger vivier shoes online, and their construction techniques are not elaborate and would also not be very expensive.
