Dollar index drops 0.37 percent amid signs of rising demand
CHICAGO, Feb. 27 () -- Grains closed mixed Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade with the dollar index off 0.37 percent on the International Exchange.Corn was off 1 1/2 to up 4 1/2; soybeans were up 4 to up 9 3/4 ; wheat was off 1 1/2 to up 1 and oats were off 1 to up 2 3/4.Corn trading was choppy with support coming from an increase in the week in ethanol production.
