NEW YORK, April 6 () -- Google says it has sold its recently acquired Frommer's travel guide brand back to founder Arthur Frommer for an undisclosed sum.The Internet giant declined to say why it parted ways with the venerable Frommer's brand, which it acquired less than a year ago for $22 million."We have returned the Frommer's brand to its founder and are licensing certain travel content to him," Google told CNNMoney in an email Friday.Arthur Frommer told The Wall Street Journal his family company planned to resume publishing print versions of the travel guides that debuted in 1957."Starting this autumn, we plan to publish some 40 titles, jimmy choo outlet, 20 of which will be available digitally and in print, and the other half available only in print," he said. The Journal said while online travel bookings and information have surged in recent years, Frommer saw a need for a source of travel information that is more closely edited and created by authoritative travel writers.
