Noel on warm weather days trades in her sneakers and heels for the mesh flats decorated with sequined flowers. She owns 15 pairs in blue,<a href="http://discountmerrellshoes.webmium.com/" target="_blank" class="postlink"><span style="font-weight: bold">merrell shoes on sale</span></a>, white, and pink. <br />''They're in style," said the Boston teenager. ''You can wear it with whatever you want. You can wear them with pajamas." <br />The plastic slippers, imported from various makers in China, are sold in many places, including Chinatown shops, trendy retailer Urban Outfitters, and department stores. The prices range from as little as $3 a pair from a Chinatown street vendor to about $20 at Filene's.
