"I'm hoping that this will never happen again, that there will be enough complaints that they won't bring it back here."This is the first time the annual festival was held in Chicago. Last year's event was in Las Vegas.Representatives of the festival's promoter, Insomniac Productions, promised Saturday to reduce the volume and implement a curfew for nightly fireworks."Late last night, when we first learned about the noise complaints, we immediately lowered the sound at all of our stages by 33 percent," said Jennifer Forkish,[url=http://www.tymarc.com/]christian louboutin sale[/url], a spokeswoman for Insomniac Productions.
