SAN DIEGO, Jan. 9 () -- The San Diego Chargers have hired Indianapolis Colts Vice President Tom Telesco to be the new general manager, the team announced.The Chargers scheduled a news conference Wednesday to officially announce the hiring of Telesco, currently vice president of football operations for the Colts, as the replacement for A.J.
