"We are aiming to compete for the Coast and Principle customers," Teresa told me. Savida is for the youth, high, high fashion-conscious consumer."
In the Premium range of party wear of black silk separates, a top costs about ?45, skirts are about ?50 and dresses are about ?70.
"We do a limited amount of orders on Premium too so you won't see it walking around everywhere," Teresa informs me as she moves to show me a fitted, black satin tuxedo-style jacket.
"People are doing that Tom Ford thing of wearing a black tuxedo jacket with jeans and really nice shoes and they're dressed!
"In fact they are wearing jeans with everything!"
If you can wear high shoes you will be in heaven in the Dunnes shoes department. We've really gone for colour and fabrics - lots of lovely linens and textures, jeans, pretty dresses. I think women are going to love it."
