The main businesses in town do provide shower/locker areas, but only just adequate, and they are a rarity within the small enterprises.
Commuting towards the grocery, etc, is relatively low across the board, because the area is set up being an auto community, with only maybe three neighborhood groceries left, and major quadrants from the city with no grocery whatsoever.
